YAWEN CHIEN
Yawen Chien
Yawen Chien was born in Taiwan and currently lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area. She studied MA digital Media in UK. She received extensive training in Chinese painting and watercolor in Taiwan. Her Design and Illustrations has been used on CD covers, posters, furniture catalogs, custom product design, weddings and event designs. Her abstract work is largely influenced by underground art. Her works have been shown in Taiwan, South Korea and North America. Her practice and teaching experience spans painting, drawing, photography, printmaking and book art. Most recently, she has been working on a multimedia project incorporating illustrations, design and performing arts.
